Wash your hands & the utensils you need. Put 5 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl.Add about 80 ml (just over 1/4 cup) of the milk that you are currently feeding your baby and mix well. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion.
